What we collect.
Short version: only what you type into the contact form, only so we can reply to you, and never sold to anyone.

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, brand name, email address, brand category, package interest and project description you entered. Nothing else. We do not run advertising trackers, and this site sets no cookies of its own.
Why we have it
To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to run the project. That's the only use.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Netlify, which hosts this site, and are delivered to us by email. Netlify processes the submission on our behalf as our hosting provider. Our email is handled by Google. We don't pass your details to anyone else, and we never sell them.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don't turn into projects are deleted within twelve months. Project correspondence is kept for as long as we need it for our records, then deleted.
Fonts and assets
Typefaces and every other asset on this site are served from our own domain. No fonts, scripts or images are loaded from third-party servers, so simply reading this site does not expose your IP address to anyone but our host.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email builtbyjuliano@gmail.com and we'll action it — no forms, no delay. If you're in the UK, EU or another region with equivalent law, these rights are statutory and we honour them regardless of where you're writing from.
Changes
If this policy changes we'll update the date below. Material changes affecting existing clients will be emailed rather than quietly published.
