Where we sit

Between the theme
and the retainer.

Most Shopify work lands at one of two extremes: a marketplace freelancer reskinning a theme, or an agency quoting five figures and two months. We're built to sit in between.

The terms

What's actually
guaranteed.

01

Fixed-price scope

We agree the price and the scope before any work starts. Mid-build change orders don't appear, because the scope doesn't move unless you move it — and then we requote before doing anything.

02

Revisions included

Two to three rounds come standard depending on package. They're part of the price, not a line item discovered at the end.

03

You own everything

Full handoff at delivery — the store, the code, the assets, the admin. Nothing is held back to keep you on a retainer.

FAQ

The usual
questions.

If yours isn't here, ask it in the brief — we answer every message within 24 hours.

Do I need an existing Shopify account?

Yes — you'll need an active Shopify plan before we start. If you don't have one yet, we'll walk you through setting it up. Shopify plans start at $39/month and are billed by Shopify, not by us.

Do you work with existing stores?

Yes, but redesigning an existing store is scoped separately — there's usually existing content, apps and URL structure to work around. Send us what you're working with and we'll give you an honest quote.

What do you need from me to get started?

Your brand name, logo, brand colours, product details, and any reference stores or inspiration you like. The more specific you are, the better the result and the fewer rounds it takes.

When does my timeline actually start?

The under-two-week clock starts once we've received everything we need from you. If we're waiting on you for more than 48 hours at any point, the timeline pauses until we hear back. Fast turnaround depends on both sides moving quickly — we're upfront about that rather than blaming it later.

What happens after the store launches?

You own everything. We hand off the store fully built and walk you through managing it. If you want ongoing changes afterwards we can arrange that separately, but you're never obliged — you have the code.

Are these prices negotiable?

They're starting prices. Final quotes depend on scope — more pages, more custom functionality, more complexity means a higher number. We tell you that number before you commit, and it doesn't move afterwards.

How do payments work?

50% upfront to reserve your slot and start the build, 50% on delivery before handoff. All major payment methods accepted. Nothing is charged that you haven't agreed to in writing first.

What if I don't like the mockup?

That's what the revision rounds are for — the mockup stage exists precisely so you react to something real before production code is written. If we genuinely can't land on a direction you're happy with inside the included rounds, we'll tell you honestly rather than keep billing.
